Natural Balance

This month we are inspired by the Japanese way of living, where a strong focus is placed on the balance of well-being and materials. Choosing elements that truly speaks to you with respect to nature is central to this lifestyle.

This look focuses on sustainability and upcycling - our stylists reupholstered a Kho Liang sofa with recycled wool Borana and 100% natural fabric Bufera on the chair and puff. The curtain is Vivid, our newest 100% organic curtain fabric in Cupro & Viscose mix featuring an aquarelle bamboo pattern.

Colour Palette:

The colours in this look are natural colours inspired by the Spring. Multi-coloured fabrics are combined with plains. Sober earth tones are brightened by tones of deep purple, green, mint and hues of orange and gold. Black in the accessory frames the colour palette.

Styling Tips:

Less is more. Keep your styling clean with objects that are absolutely meaningful for you. An uncluttered room gives a feeling of clarity and relaxed atmosphere.

Upcycling is not only a trend but it also makes interior styling exciting! Take a look at your local second-hand store, you never know what you may find that you can give a new life to. That is how we found the Artifor sofa and the storage box for this look.

Creating a balance in pattern and plains is important. Organic and botanical patterns go great with this look. VibesRootsComposeSorrento and Camelliafor patterns and SanremoLevantoFeelScalaPesaro and Easy Linen have a great colour palette to create varied combinations.

Natural materials add to well-being. Indoor plants, natural fabrics and accessories complete this look in its essence.

Organic shapes are very trendy at the moment. For example, furniture with rounded corners, carpets and lamps in organic shapes.
